Simple video but, useful. I discovered the blending options when working with the Rampant Design tools/mattes, definitely provides for a lot of creativity in the final look.

I have a question and hopefully I can make it clear regarding blending modes; basically are blending modes inherited properties after exporting a sequence to mp4?

So, if I create a sequence with two clips, one with bokeh and the other one with smoke on a black background, then use a blend mode on the top clip of screen, which is the smoke so, that I get a smoke rising over a bokeh background; after exporting that as an mp4 and bringing it back into a Premier Pro project will that original screen property setting now have effect on the new sequence I include that bokeh/smoke mp4 in? If so, is there a way to flatten the effect in the bokeh/smoke mp4 export so, that the blending property doesn't affect the new sequence when the bokeh/smoke mp4 is imported and used in a sequence or perhaps I need to export to a different file format?
