I love mine. They are light and practicle. Great for pottering around.
I would use my Meze99 Classic on the sofa, but if you are moving around or commuting they do an excellent job.

I find your review completely contrary to my personal experience with these cans. I use Beyerdynamic 880pros 250ohms, AT50X etc... in my recording studio but needed a pair of cans for commuting; something with a smaller form factor that still had a decent bass response. I was completely blown away by the sound clarity, especially in the lower mids. As a bass player, I like to feel/hear the bass lines and these have a great mid and lower mid presence. the high-end was very pleasing to the ear and not hyped and tiring. One man's treasure I guess...anyway, thanks for the review.

It's a matter of opinion. I'm in love with mine. Just got them. Hey, they're just headphones. They connect to all of my devices and do what they are supposed to do. I knew that I would not rest until I had a pair. I did the research and knew exactly what I was purchasing.

I got the Samsung S20 Plus and I registered mine on the Samsung website. Its the AKG Y600. Im not sure how those will sound, but got them for free so I ain’t complaining. 🙏🏻

The best use for on-ear headphones is if you are in the office, and you want some air on your ears, if you are into listening music for several hours. The sound is better than on earbuds and there is less ear heating then with over-ear headphones.

I got these today, was gifted them when I bought my galaxy s10. My first thought when I put them on was how hard they clamped down on my head, yet how easily they fall off when you're wearing them during any kind of activity where your head isn't strictly vertical. Second thing I noticed was the 'flat' sound. My Sennheiser HD4.40 BT (which I was also gifted) sound way better, and are far more comfortable to wear. Build quality wise, this wins though.

These were free with a Samsung phone. Can't really question they're quality or performance at that price! Had these for almost 2yrs now and ear pad covers are beginning to delaminate where they contact the ears. Note they are used circa 2hrs every day for past 2 yrs. I see replacents pads for circa £14.00. They haven't broken, battery life is still very good and they still sound good, though I agree low base is poor and they're missing the rich/deep quality sound other manufacturers offer, for the same/similar retail price. Again, mine were free so 10 out of 10 (or 7.5 out of 10 if I paid for them)

As a freebie (which seems how most people got them) they're OK, plus I'm only really using them connected to a groovebox thingy.
Some £25 JVC HA-530's are what I'm using for working out. they give better sound quality and they're enclosed.

I'm always buying things in bulk as I have a issue, but nevermind that, while on eBay this month my multiple purchases were headphones, I bought 4 different sets of Bluetooth earbuds/headphones. I always buy things in multiples and I never buy new as I live on a budget but I bought a few sets and these were one set for £10 in box, used but in new condition. I think for the money they are great, I doubt I would of paid £129 as that's what I have seen them for on Argos so if you are on a budget and are able to find some cheap grab them if not and money dont but sound does matter then spend more and maybe go to a place like richer sounds where you can sound check.

I prefer on ears, because of my earrings and fairly big earlobes. In my case, over ears cause a lot of discomfort. Besides that, I like to be aware of my surroundings while listening to music, a podcast or even having a meeting over the phone. (Heck, I even think noise cancelling headphones and loud sound systems in traffic should be banned, as well as use of smartphones. Could save a lot of lives...)

Well, I am happy with mine in terms of sound quality. But then again, I'm not that picky nor do I have the most sensitive hearing. I also find them very very comfortable TBH. My only concern is phone calls. It has a subpar mic, if there is noise around you you might as well turn it off and speak directly via your phone (wich I have to do more often than not)

The only problem I have is the bloody thing keeps pausing at any given random time. If I move it pauses, how to turn that off its so annoying .
