Based on the God of Thunder from Norse Mythology, Thor was an attempt by the Marvel team to create a somewhat generic, all-powered superhero to prove they could successfully stray from their typical formula and expand their realms of possibilities.

Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes were all apart of the same awesome continuity. Damn I miss that universe so much. The Disney XD universe is so mediocre in comparison.

I have a soft spot for Thor as he was my introduction to the MCU. Yep, “Thor” (2011) was my intro to this great film franchise. While the more serious tone of his first two live-action films have now given way to a more comedic and fun Thor, I’ve loved Thor’s arc from selfish prince to a man trying to find his place in a world after a series of tragic circumstances. He continues to be my favorite Avenger alongside Captain America and Spider-Man. Also, ♥️ + ⚡️ was hilariously awesome. 👍👍

Seen thor love and thunder yet? I finally saw it yesterday. I personally really enjoyed it. Not as good as ragnarok from 2017, but still a fun movie. But I didn’t stay for the post credits scene unfortunately. Only mid-credits. I’ll wait until it’s streaming on Disney+ to witness it myself.

I think it would be great if there was one dedicated to Stitch considering that it’s been 20 years since his first film appearance.

I think we'd be remiss if someone didn't mention the Thor parody, Valhallen from Dexter's Lab. I'd say that's the most exposure the character had for some time, and it wasn't even him. And it wasn't even a shallow parody, either. They even managed to make an episode where he loses his guitar (his parody version of the hammer) and he slowly loses his rock god powers. That said, a Ruby Spears Thor cartoon? Wow. That would have been two times Warner Bros would wind up owning Marvel media, other than the HB Fantastic Four series. Oh, and I totally own the Thor toy from that Disk Wars anime. It's like a little Transformer, but the ones that pop open when you press a button.
