For me renji without holding back would rip rukia into shreds because her bankai takes too much time to work. He never waits for anything he starts most battles with bankai when he fights someone strong and the fact that bro no diffed masculine makes it worse for rukia.

Rukia Bankai takes time to activate and if she uses it too long she will kill herself she can barely use her bankai, I think Renji would blitz rukia before she uses her bankai
