Mushroom Avocado Toast with MISO / Super Healthy Breakfast or Brunch

Hey guyS! Thanks for stopping by to watch my MiSO mushrooms and avocado toast. It’s healthy, delicious and filling.

Recipe:
Avocado mix -
2 piece of your fave toast
1 avocado
1 tsp tahini
1 small garlic clove
1/2 lemon juice
Splash of olive oil/water

300g chestnut mushrooms, halved
1 tsp miso paste
1 garlic clove
salt
Chives and seeds to garnish

Firstly add all the avocado mix to a blender and pulse, check for seasoning. Set aside.
In a pan add olive oil and crushed garlic clove. Then tip in all your mushrooms, sauté for a few minutes. Add in your miso and mix well.
Toast your bread and top with avocado first. Then add mushrooms and garnish with chives and seeds. Serve straight away!
