You should check out Bluefields Nicaragua. They speak Jamaican Patwah in addition to Spanish. That's because at one time in the past this area was ruled by the same pirate for the British government.

Hey bro, I'm very happy that you are enjoying my country, Nicaragua the earth of lakes and volcanoes. Please go and visit Leon and Granada, Leon is my native city, you didn't go to Nicaragua if you don't visit at least one of those two cities. If you go to Leon, you should take the complete tour in the cathedral, is open Monday through Friday and you can go up and see the complete view of the city and many of the volcanoes of Nicaragua, Leon is one of the best cities when we talk about food too, I recommend you Chancho con Yuca, the traditional Leon's dish, you will find that just in the morning not at midday, just in the morning, in Leon we have Poneloya beach too, if you like surfing, that's going to be the perfect visit for you, and try the good there too, very fresh and tasty. Managua looks pretty cool! Most people seem to skip it! I'll be passing through in a month or two, looking forward to it. Although I'll skip the volcano, $90 for the tour seems overpriced. Also, it seems very quiet for a capital city, especially the main square!

- Except for "Volcan Masaya", which is not in Managua, but Masaya, those are some of the most popular tourist attractions in the historical center of Managua.
There are of course many other things to do in and around Managua and of course, outside Managua.
