Here im agree with you. Cause sbka structure alag hai. Or kisi par koi exercise perfect rehti hai or kisi par koi. Or gaining ke liye kabhi bhi best exercise nahi hoti. Have to follow whole workout

I 100 percent agree with you
Few months ago my arms were hurting due to heavy barbell curls
I switched to ez bar and dumbbells and now it is fine

Now some can still do barbell curls holding from their carrying angle but why do it when we have better options?

There are a few more reasons not to perform barbell curls like you have to fully supinate and your joints are in a restricted position which can be detrimental for your joints.

And best for whom? Everybody has a different structure. Many people will end up in pain due to this in long run.

And With all due respect, Mr Mukesh is wrong here.
