Work-life balance here in Germany is based on a lot of factors and individual point of view.
For my current experience, I can say that working condition here is much better compare to my previous work experience, making me say that trully work-life balance is better here.
but of course that's me. There might be a different experience from others depending on their nature of work and their life style.
