I’m a native Canadian speaker (with Russian as a first language) and I’m very impressed with your accent, to the point that it’s incredibly close to that of a native speaker, indistinguishable for most words! Just be careful with some sounds; make them more concise and more relaxed. Specifically, with the “i” sound as in “it” or even in “like”, or perhaps the “oo” sound as in “too”. Finally, “uh” sounds as in “conversation”. Either way, what you’ve done is just… mind blowing! All the best!

V. Paystub is different than paycheck. A "paystub" is the actual piece of paper that shows hours worked and money earned and taxes etc.... Paycheck can mean that but is more general, you could also say show me your "paycheck" but paystub would only be used in a narrow case where one wants to verify- something...hard to explain.
ALSO be careful of moves- SOMETIMES IT is not normal language, like most folks would say seven thousand, NOT seven grand, grand is used more in movies and sounds a bit "theatrical." I teach English conversation part time on ITalki, as Professor Viv and so am interested in your channel and how you got such a great accent!
