Brothers : 1. If you are natural and work out for 1/1.5 hours with intense training you are good to go. But the training has to be intense, in proper form.
2. Cardio of 30/40 minutes, even low intensity would work wonders. No need to run your ass out.
3. Diet is the key. Having 500 calorie deficit means in 7 days he can loose 1 lb fat.

Determination, strategy, knowledge and perseverance can make you reach your destination.

Man says he 'works out 7-8hrs' but he basically described how he enjoys activities such as hiking, swimming, cycling and walking each day. Sounds like a good life

Yes he's right, that's the right way, I too did loose 1 kg in 1 week during the lockdown period, and in total I lost around 23kg's in a span of 6 months. The key is once you activate your metabolism, that's when you start loosing it and the only hardwork is to keep yourself in track for the first few weeks after that when you see the results then there is no going back!!!! ❤️

He is an inspiration to me that I lost 25 kg in 7 months from 101 to 76. I workout for 2 hours 6 day per week in the gym. Have calorie deficit diet .

after listening to this conversation, I went through thorough study..I would thank amir sir for explaining this. calorie deficit worked for me. yes! I lost 3 kgs/ 3 inches of belly fat in two months having sedentary lifestyle being an endomorph. it's a blessing. guys study this concept of calorie deficit. u wl be surely benefited bcz its truly scientific.jisko mazak karna hai woh kare..lekhin I hv got my golden key!!

Here's the maths:

Calorie Deficit = 2500 calories per day
Weekly = 2500 x 7 = 17500 calories
To lose 1 Kg, one should burn 7000 calories.

Weekly 17500 calories = 17500/7000 = 2.5 Kg weight loss per week.

I am a Doctor... do not do it this way, unless u wanna see me 😁 what he said is correct - DO NOT aim for more than 0.5-1 kg/ week.

mountain trekking - 3.5 hours
weight training - 1 hour
cardio exercises in swimming pool - 1 hour
cycling/tennis - 2 hours

There are lots of videos in various channels who says that you can loose 10 kg weight in 10 days... Everytime I thought it can't happen in scientifically even if you don't eat anything.. and yes aamir khan correctly said it is good to loose 0.5 kg to 1 kg in week.. and that's possible for everyone.. he has done for his job.. ofcourse we can do for our health and requirement.. inspiring and correct speech..
