For those wondering why it’s so addicting or just why they like it so much, it’s music theory. The little high pitched melody is called counter point, basically when another melody is doing it’s own thing while the vocal melody does its own thing and so these 2 melodies are simultaneously following their own rhythms yet harmonizing. Then of course the beat just has a steady rhythm that everyone can easily get behind. Bass boosted which gives comfort and makes u aggressive and wanna jam along. The melody sounds happy cuz it’s in a major key, as pop usually is. That’s all I know that’s going on, I’m not an expert at all on music theory :P
