I just LOVE this version. I only wish David Bowie was alive to hear it. I picture him somewhere, giving both thumbs up. X)
Aurora started playing the piano at 6yrs old. Her 10 yr older sister had stopped her piano lessons. The piano looked "lonely" and she started playing with it. litterally. :D
She did classics first, since they calmed her, and started singing and writing lyrics at 9.
She has some amazing covers.
And some amazing songs of her own, as you know.
One of them you reacted to, the Nobel Price one, I think she was 12 when she wrote that song.

Oh man, this performance... It was a few months after he died, and listening to this floored me in a flood of tears.
Bowie left such a positive impression on many. Was this her tribute to him, her own way of getting those feelings out after he died? No idea, but I love it all the same.

You should listen to her covers of Imagine Dragon - Believer, and Massive Attack - Teardrop.

She can go high, D6 and C5 what i've been told . If you listen to the last part of Running with the wolves or Black water lillies then you'll get the picture of her range . As i use to say : Low pitch with power and high pitch with freedom, Aurora in a nutshell. The song which really shows her singing abilities is Wisdom Cries, where she floates in micro tonal clusters an incredible difficult song to sing and will never be sung in concerts.

If you want a good example of Aurora's rage I suggest her performance of Soft Universe live in Niadarosdomen, she plays with her voice and with different music genres, wile delivering extraordinary lyrics and showing of her voice control. As this televised concert was held in a 900 year old Cathedral so she was asked to restrain herself, if you want to see a clip of the high note of the bridge where you her mouth clearly and want to see how much strain she normally puts her body through while singing this song, I suggest you check out the last 90 seconds of her live performance in Roma, the sound and video quality is sub par, but the power she exudes is overwhelming.

Thank you for a wonderful Aurora reaction. I am looking extra much forward to your next Aurora reaction and to an expatiation of her vocal range. I am hoping it will be to Through The Eyes Of A Child vevo UK Lift version, it is magic and I swear it can heal your soul, or to a song no YouTuber has reacted to and that showcase another part of her music style; Under Water #VevoHalloween 2016 performance. She plays the piano and is learning to play the harp, after her first album she started to play drums and played drums and percussion on many of the tracks of her two latest albums.
I am also hoping you will react to her Believer cover done on P3 Live, after having listened to the original, Aurora has really worked her magic on the song.
I would like to note that her covers on P3 Live is especially impressive because of the circumstances. P3 Live is a radio show and the artists do an interview and get to sing one of their own song and do a cover, but they do not know in advance what song they will be covering and only get to know that when they arrive at the radio station an hour or two before they go on live. In that time the artist has to make an arrangement, memories the lyric as much as possible and rehearse a couple of time, and then they go on live. Aurora has covered Wrecking Ball, Believer, God Is A Woman and Det Hev Ei Rose Sprunge (a German Christmas song form 1599 sung in Norwegian) on P3 Live, and you can see she has notes in front of her with the lyrics and is looking down at them.
