I think he was asking who are considered mahram to a women that she can travel with?
A women's son, father, brother, uncles, nephews etc and rest of all her ancestors and descendent relatives that are all blood mahram may act as her guardian on her travels.

He's asking who are the blood limits.

Her husband is also a mahram for travel.

But beyond that, i think he's also asking does it extend to non-blood mahram?

Like father in law, stepson, are considered mahram, but does that extend to them acting as her guardian on travels, as might not be.

Also wet nurses, and kinship through wetnurses siblings etc. Can they act as mahram for travel etc.
