phantom vibrations are felt when your cortisol levels rise 👇🏼

ever felt your phone vibrate but there was no notification? 🥹

this 'phantom vibration syndrome' can be a sign your body is in high alert due to elevated cortisol - the stress hormone 😮‍💨

you might experience symptoms like:
✨ a constant sense of urgency
✨ feeling jumpy or easily startled
✨ trouble settling down or relaxing
✨ disrupted sleep patterns
✨ tension headaches
✨ irritability or short temper
✨ muscle tension, especially in the neck and shoulders

the good news is that you lower cortisol levels naturally with somatic exercises 💖

somatic exercises release years of pent-up stress & stored trauma out of your body while bringing your nervous system back into balance

as you release, you'll no longer hear your phone vibrate when it's not..no jumpiness, just peace ✨

as you release, you'll experience deeper, more restorative sleep, and will feel much lighter both physically and emotionally 💪🏼

you'll suddenly be out of emergency mode, no longer stuck in a sense of urgency all of the time ✨

do you want to lower your cortisol levels naturally and reeclaim your inner calm?

get guided through the step by step 👇🏼

This happened to me so much as a teenager. Makes sense now. Stopped when i moved out.
Picked up again during a tough time. Then hasn't happened since. Bodies are wild.

OMG! All these years and my family accused me of being way too sensitive. I'm 62 and go to two different counselors each and every week. I stayed in a Hotel earlier this week. I was extremely annoyed at the guy in the next room because his alarm was set to vibrate and he forgot to turn it off when he got in the shower. It grated on my nerves so bad it wasn't funny and now I'm crying. It seems as though I will never be at peace.

You have the same with me cfs, Vibrations all in your body, sensitiv to light and Sound, pain burning pain on the whole body, pots and dizziness. Only to name a few. The autonomic nervous system thinks everything is a thread. I could live with all the symptoms but not with the fatigue/exhausting and the crashes. I do not know how to come out. I had Trauma, in Therapy since years but nothing changed. I have EDS too. I was able to function 3 months ago. Now i am stuck in an invisible cage and no doctor is believing me

I feel this more often when I KNOW my phone ISN'T in my pocket. 😅
It'll happen while I'm handsfree in the car😂

These are facts. Sometimes I think I hear my sound machine running during the day that I use for sleep at night. Cuckoo. Cuckoo. Turns out it's just my nervous system, I'm not crazy.

I used to have phantom vibrations because my mother. But ever since I left the family, deleted facebook, my social life became low profile. I only use my phone for doomscrolling youtube, some games, mail. And as a true einzelgänger, most of the times I can leave my phone at home. Wich is why I don't have phantom tremors anymore. It started with a mother who controlled my life to the point that she called me at least 20 times a day to fix her household, lend her more money and raise my half brother and to, once again, tell me how much of a liar I was. Sick and tired of the calling? Then she would call 30, 40 times. Instead of writing a simple message. That's how my phantom tremors started in my right pocket.

Please. Or your phone has rung 20 - 50x's a day for years and it's just wired into your brain. Not everything is trauma or requires self care.
