I have used it to put policies and procedures and certain subjects into laymans terms, how to phrase things to deliver a message professionally and with empathy, and come up with an incentive program for employees to use self service tools. Chat GPT is AWESOME!!

I do believe that people still need assurances and felt comfortable talking directly to the person in charge. the way a robot is approached is totally different even if it has more information.

It is sad that many HR professional will be useless and not needed for many organizations.

There is no HR, just AI. I’m not sad about it, such a useless degree, no reason that should require 4 yrs of education just to sit in an office & be useless the entire day.
