Mostly they were trying to make Barbie toys for like boys so like the hairy gorilla one that you mentioned they were trying to use it so in case boys wanted to learn how to shave and their father was all like no you can’t use a razor so they have toys for that but that’s why they fixed up a lot of toys since then and a lot of Barbie toys too now it’s mostly just for girls unless the boy still wants another toy or exactly the same one it’s like his little sister or something
