Meghan and Abby’s questions missed the mark. Obama allegedly saying ‘he’ll have more flexibility afterwards’ is totally different from specific promises to foreign leaders. I believe the whistle blower with such high ranking in our government knows the difference between a direct promise and an open ended statement.
