Bought Warlock back when it was first released, can vouch for it being an awesome program. Only downside is once you've tried mountaindog training there's no going back, nothing else is quite as fun while also being challenging, covering all forms of progressive overloads intelligently programmed with longevity in mind.

Can u eventually review Gamma Bomb sometime? Ik it costs money to use these programs but I would truly appreciate it. It’s very similar, but a 5 day routine instead of 4 and it’s a little less specific on the warm up process.

Arm and shoulders are a bit low in sets per week, do u think I could replace a few sets of chest back and ignore abs and do more of arm and shoulder training? Or am I overthinking it

How can you define intermediate? In terms of years of training? Muscle mass gains? Strength level? Whats the main factor?

The problem with this program is that the first upper body session took me 2 hrs and 15 minutes ... That's really problematic regarding both time and energy :(
