I'm only at this lesson (AAD Tut #47, passing a string) but I just wanted to thank you for this Android tutorial set.  You have a gift for explaining things very clearly and still be entertaining, which is very rare talent.    Seems instructors either know some teaching techniques or know how to program well, but very very rarely both.   I hope you continue to share this amazing double gift.

1) Make a Text Edit(say: blah)
2) Make a Button
3) Put this code inside the onClick method
blah.setText("Your number is " + blah.getText());

@MrSastreen Get A Text Edit And Then Get A Text And You Need A Button(To Refresh Data) Now Just Make It OnClicked Method And Get The Text From The Text Edit And Set A String Equal To It And Then Make The Text Equal "Your Number is" + wat ever the text edit String Value Was

Can anyone tell me how we can get user input of an int. e.g "insert a number". the user inputs 2. we say "your number was 2". I can't do it for some reason and can't figure out how.

I'm stuck.. I use android studio and here 
" Intent a = new Intent(Get.this, OpenedClass.class);"
I get the error "cannot resolve symbol OpenedClass"...
No suggestions, or any similar method..any ideas?

Guys please help. As soon as I click on my OpenedClass on the emulator, the emulator gives me an error and shuts down. I already added it to the manifest and the menu.java. What could be the problem?

Deletes "key"... try to think of something clever, first try "imHungry".... second try "hungry"... deletes again and just types "key" :D :D :D
