Man, they are incredible, and wonderful video
I have been many times to Greece (50 times or so). These are perfect hikes. I have done all 4 of them. I will say however there are many other great ones in Greece, as well as mainland as islands. But anyone who would do these 4 hikes in Greece would be SOLD and would research themselves for more.

Definitely also check hikes around Tzoumerka mountains, Grammos mountain, Mount Olympus (multiple ones, from the base all the way till the top), The Epirus trail in itself is like 370km. Or the Aoos gorge hike. Wonderful trails around Pelion, Agrafa mountains area. Acheloos valley area. Rhodope mountains in North East Greece. Or the trail at Mount Athos the peninsula of the monks and only monastic state in the world. And so much more. Taygetus mountains hike around. And hundreds and hundreds more on mainland.

There are way too many. Today I found out a new hike from a random recent video called "Τισσαίον 2023" as a random coastal/mountain walk. Greece is a hiking paradise. It combines 80% mountains and 16.000km of crystal clear coastlines and very complex geography and topograhy like no other
