@MindYourDecisions A 2003 report on wind chill temperature by the U.S. National Weather Service gives the
WCTI in metric units as [WCTI (°C) = 13.12 + 0.6215𝑇 − 11.37𝑉
^0.16 + 0.3965𝑇𝑉^0.16]. so how do we get [WCTI (°C) = 13.12 + 0.6215𝑇 − 11.37𝑉^0.16 + 0.3965𝑇𝑉^0.16] from [WCTI (°F) = 35.74 + 0.6215𝑇 − 35.75𝑉^0.16 + 0.4275𝑇𝑉^0.16] and vice versa? can you please explain?
