Test password reset
If you're signed in, select Logout.
Select the Log in link and select the Forgot your password? link.
Enter the email you used to register the account.
An email with a link to reset your password is sent. Check your email and click the link to reset your password.

very helful video. But in actual scenario when user clicks on the email how will he be redirected to an angular page? or a age of a mobile app? we can just send back some json data. please cover this portion as well.
