Budapest, Hungary has a fairytale quality you can feel as you walk around. It’s known as the ‘Paris of the East’ - and I can see why with its elegant architecture and grand feeling - but it's very much its own city. In this video, I’m showing you around the Hungarian capital’s best spots - all of which are within walking distance.

I'm an Indian currently 18 and I've been saving money since 13 to go out for a solo trip. I've always dreamt of going to Paris and london. Now i've changed my mind.I'm planning on a trip covering Vienna, Budapest and Prague. This video just spiced up my excitements to visit Budapest and I'm waiting for the pandemic to get over. Wish me luck !

Being part Hungarian by ancestry, this video makes me even more proud to know my ancestors knew and walked in this place. I have only been to Budapest 3 times but each time I do go there, its always the same. I feel at home and I seem to always stand taller....

Utterly, utterly beautiful, atmospheric, culturally rich Budapest. My favourite city of all I've visited. I felt so at home and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Lots of interesting/unique shops and fantastic restaurants/cafes. One of the absolute and most memorable holidays I've ever done. Love it, love it, love it. If I could I'd live there.

As a Hungarian and a citizen of this city, I have to admit that this video is the best one about our city which I've ever seen. Congratulations. The editing is great, but I loved your detailed infos of all of BP (that's what we call it sometimes...) :D I hope you come back one day in summer too, but it is beutiful in every season.

I have visited Budapest around 8 times now for a few days each time and I love the place. The buildings, the people, the food, the beer, the ease to either walk or get public transport around the city, it just has to be on your list of places to visit!

We hungarians tend to melt by sweet words told about our country. Thank you for this video and thank you for visiting our humble home. May god bless you.

As a Hungarian I was deeply touched by this video. Not even a trained guide could have done a better job. Great shot, amazing pictures; you definitely have an eye for details. I loved the way you were talking so naturally about my city with enthusiasm and pride as if you had been born and bred in Budapest. I'll definitely use this video as a kind of taster for those of my friends in the UK and overseas that are planning to visit my home town. Luckily Budapest is doing pretty well these days, it's getting more popular ever year thanks to videos like this. Well done and Thank You! Hope to see you back soon in Budapest! :)

I hadn’t had Budapest on my list of places to go in years, but this video reminded me it was on my list years ago and is now back on my list.

I am a proud Hungarian especially seing this video. Budapest is the most beautiful city I have ever seen, and I have seen the World. You have missed out one very important place to visit. The House of Terror may be not the best to show in this matter, but the Shoes of the Danube. Walking by this monument will not only give you sickness, but anger and cries of reminding you about the cruelty of the human race, not forgetting our history. Well done with the video, and thank you. Go back to Budapest, much more to see.

As a Hungarian i really appreciate these lovely words. I love that i am Hungarian ( and i born and live in Budapest), and that i can still learn new thing about my country history and about my ancestors life.
Did you know that Budapest got the second oldest metro line in the world, which was built in 1894 to 1896 and it was also built for the 1000th anniversary of Hungary.
