In this video, I discuss how you can get fully booked as a personal trainer.
Having a packed schedule as a personal trainer is a fantastic thing. Being in so much demand that you cannot fit any new clients in is a sign that you have been working hard.
It shows that you have been successful in not only getting new clients into your business but that you have done a fantastic job in retaining your clients as well.
When you are fully booked it is a signal that you should also consider increasing your prices to match demand.
Whilst common sense would suggest that you should reduce your working hours in order to become fully booked, I would suggest you do the opposite.
You want to open up your availability as much as you can, in order to interact with as many members in the gym as possible, so you can book in more assessments, and sign up more clients.
Booking up your schedule falls into 4 parts:
1) Doing The Free Work
2) Booking In Assessments
3) Training Clients
4) Repeat
Once you laser focus down on this process, and you give your best service to your existing clients daily then you should have a fully booked schedule in no time!
