Mate! Retest doesn't always happen on same time frame. I think the best approach is to confirm the retest on a lower time frame, else market would always bid you goodbye and be watching you from it's rare view mirror. Me, I like to get in with a small stop loss, if it hits it and resume to same position, I re-enter instead of waiting for a retest that won't happen.
