As an Arabian myself I'd like to give a brief explanation on why these pictures lasted so long in our meme culture
you see it used to be a common theme back in 2015 to send people you loved pictures of flowers or animals specifically birds pictures that happy morning written on it
and we the younger generation start making fun of that by picking up the worst pictures imaginable and making a "happy morning" picture out of it
And old people up until this day still send these pictures by the way

This meme was resurected in brazilian meme communities earlier this year (I wanna say june/july but I can't be sure), but paired instead with the word "misericórdia" in impact font, wich directly translates to "mercy" but is often used as a reaction word, in the same vein as something like "holy shit". So it ended up being used as a reaction image and also for ironic bait and switch memes

quick fact u might not know:
this photo was sometimes paired with a popular german meme in 2021, cant remember the period exactly.
the meme was the audio of a guy telling some weird story from spiegeltv and usually a slideshow of unusual pictures, such as this elefant or the smoking caterpillar. it beginns with "digga wallah film heute" and is also known by that phrase as its name.
at the time a different audio was going around aswell, starting with "glauben sie, dass ich verrückt bin?", also including the slideshow type video.
definitely amusing to see this image in 2023 again.

The "صباح الفراولة" means "strawberry morning" or "good morning strawberry" which is a cute way to say morning, I remember this was a "simp meme" a while ago, making fun of those guys that can't miss a day without sending the morning messages to girls that don't even care about them.
