Lincoln’s doctors prescribed him mercury pills 💊. Might explain his mood swings, nervousness, numbness, muscle weakness, nausea etc.

You forgot to mention the multiple wounds he endured fighting vampires

That dream is one of the creepiest things I’ve ever heard

He purportedly dug up his son just to look at him again. Poor fella.

I feel bad for Henry Rathbone (the guy that was with Lincoln at the theatre). There really was nothing he could have done and it wasn't his job anyway. Lincoln had a guard, he had just left for a few minutes. Rathbone did try to stop J.W.B. from escaping and Booth stabbed him. It makes me wonder if people blamed him for what happened.

Fun fact: Lincoln’s killer’s brother saved the life of Lincoln’s brother. One killed a Lincoln and the other saved a Lincoln.

Lincoln also had Marfan's syndrome.. debilitating and incurable. My best friend died because he had it. It meant that his aortic valve ripped open and his heart flooded with blood

He had three sons who died: Eddie, Tad, and Willie. Only one son, Robert, lived to adulthood.

He was also a large man and a champion wrestler. He probably had no need for a knife. Tallest president at 6'4"

Man Lincoln went through it. I think knowing all this about him makes you respect him even more.

His depression was known to be so severe that, more than once, he was placed on suicide watch by those close to him, particularly after the death of his fiancée.

He taught himself math, and law, from reading books. Also, at age 9, his father left him alone in charge of his 5 yr old sister *for nine months.*

Also, Abe before going to the theater was getting ready, looked in the mirror and saw a double image of himself. Also, his butler guy at the white house said that Abe would always say 'I'll be back' or 'See you soon' (I know it was one of those) but that night he said 'Goodbye'.

I dreamt about my own death two years ago, I remember every second of that vision, my mother passed away already and she wasn’t at my funeral but all the rest of my family were. I know I’m next and I’ve accepted it.

On a cool Abe note: he won like 200 straight wrestling matches. Dude was built for combat! This was one of our country’s biggest losses.

He also almost joined the Donner Party on the journey West, but luckily his wife was very against it 🥲

FYI, he lost 3 sons (Eddie, Willie, and Tad) from diseases that were unlikely treatable at the time. The only son that lived was his eldest son, Robert. What makes his dream creepy was that it would be a foreshadowing of his demise. When asked who is dead in the White House, the officer had replied, the President. He was shot by an assassin, but prior to this dream, it was reported that Lincoln had seen his doppelgänger signifying pending doom. This gives it a paranormal twist to his untimely death.
