Well android is an OS, so blame the phones hardware, not the software. Get a phone with good ram and a good processor and unless you stack your app drawer and have to much apps running, it wont lag. Once you root it and overclock it, theres no lag.

I like this idea, I recommend people get tech news from the source, Like Apple, Microsoft, sony, Nintendo, tv & stereo from the manufacturers. U can have this news posted to your facebook everyday, just by finding the companies on facebook and liking them. Getting 2nd hand news, could mean getting "BIASE" news, and ign has been heavely accused of being greatly biased youtube people. Its easy enought to get info from the sources, why 2nd hand news from ign. I got numerous companies on my facebook

@Phoerocks tech is tech, just because you don't like console. does not mean it isnt tech. even if ign talked about processors, graphics cards i still wouldn't read about it.. there are much better sites

@MrFuzziiWuzzii from what it seems you want a complete make over of the ios, the ios changes constantly, mostly in the background and security, ios 5 is also changed. while i could customize alot on my old droid it couldnt play games like need for speed hot pursuit, streetfighter and etc. actually when you jailbreak ur phone you can use the newly made springboard to do even more than what ur saying. only con to the iphone - no flash and is strict (out of the box). im not interested in droid now.

@briantheman890 I'm sorry but i agree more with Super3Slug, they're making a big site about "tech" but aren't covering all tech that people are interested in these days. If however they called it "IGN Console Tech" then fair enough..
