Unboxing a New Nintendo 3DS XL

My last unboxing was of the Nintendo Wii U so I am carrying on with the Nintendo theme and checking out my *new* Nintendo 3DS XL. There's a few games that I can't wait to play on this but especially The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time - just so I can finally beat that water temple!

*Edit* - The entire 3DS family sold 75 million units - not 30 million as stated in the video.

Just bought one when i found out the eshop was closing, Never liked old games until i bought a DS and found out how good they can be. Buying a 3ds for me and the boys to game!

I have my original Black New 3ds xl dual IPS screens with my hori gold pikachu clear hard shell cover & my Pokémon 20th anniversary regular New 3DS dual IPS screens. Kept the Charizard and Blastoise face plates in the box new and have been swapping plates between the Kisekae #52 and the Kawaii Kiseakae #53 plates. I really want the glow on the dark Boo plates. They are going for $250. I have about 50 physical copies of games. Both systems are modded with CFW and have all my back ups played through memory card. All updates downloaded from every game that ever had an update in case I ever buy a game I don’t have and it needs an update. Sad to see Nintendo stop supporting it and eshop but I’m glad the modding scene allows me to keep it all in tack. As you can probably tell I love the 3DS. I like it more than my Switch OLED.

You should download the free Pokemon Sun and Moon demo you can find on the eShop. If you play through it you'll be able to transfer over a special Pokemon to your main Pokemon Sun save file. Nintendo has announced the closure of the eShop so you should get it while you still have the chance! It's a great game, by the way.

I would of kept it sealed. It will be worth a lot in the future. I’m currently buying up sealed 3ds games to resell later on.
