I bought the cookbook and it's worth every penny. Great recipes and photography and very well written.

I grew up in the U.S. and all of my ancestors came from Abruzzo. I'm in my early 70s remember when broccoli rabe was not available in the supermarkets. We ate it with pasta because my older relatives had gardens and grew it, None of my friends had heard of it. Now, everyone knows about it. I enjoy its mild bitterness. Aside from using it with pasta, it tastes great in a sub/hoagie roll with cheese and garlic- just bake in the over first. No need to add sausage unless that's what you prefer. Tastes great and is healthful.
