Carjacking suspect shot near Justice Sotomayor's home

A deputy U.S. marshal assigned to protect Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor shot and wounded an 18-year-old man who pointed a gun at the marshal in an apparent carjacking attempt, police said. NBC News' Erin McLaughlin reports.
