Sharyl didn't "simply ask her a question" -- she made a not-so-veiled ACCUSATION, in the FORM of a question. Sharon was rightfully indignant, shocked, and then full-on PISSED, because those women sitting around salivating over this arrogant fronting (while being thankful it wasn't them) know very well, that this is the tactic of setting someone up to be smeared and fired.

I guess the bottom line is, it is true about shows like that and much of the other media nowadays. It is about either creating issues out of nothing, or blowing issues out of proportions in the name of show ratings. Sharon's co-hosts actually admitted it.

that was not races. I wish Sharon the Best... I haven't watched the Talk since and don't plan to.

I’m not saying people should put up with “racism, ” “sexism, ” or “harassment/bullying” of any kind, but the reason I put those words in quotes is because all of them are 100% subjective, even when the majority of people find something offensive, doesn’t mean it is absolutely offensive. Because it is 100% subjective, it is a reflection of the person feeling offended. And it is about the thoughts the offended person is thinking about what the person said, as opposed to what the person actually said.

If we all run around blaming other people for how we feel all the time, instead of looking at our own thoughts, we will constantly be unhappy and at the mercy of what other people say and do, because there is no way to control anyone else’s behavior. ❤️

Sharon needs to be out of the corporate network scene all together. She would blow the doors off as a conservative podcaster.
