The willingness to fight rather than the ability to fight. Wise words.

I know several men that, out of fear and paranoia, train like crazy but have never been able to use that training because they cannot overcome their fear. I know others that blindly throw themselves at danger and only one that not only trains but has overcome their fear and have been there when they were needed most. The world is in the state that it is in, partly because there are, by an overwhelming percentage, more men who never grew up and have never moved passed being a child and are far too dependent on others. They’ve never experienced what it feels like to be solely responsible for the lives of others.

I know what the media report of both brothers. But anytime I hear either talk, I'm so impressed with what they have to say.
I could listen to them every day!

Exactly, willingness can't be taught whereas any ability is teachable. #HustlerTech

This is true of a man, sometimes a guy will fight even if he knows he's probably gonna lose. He'll do it anyway.

To me as an old veteran (69) I learned early on that my job as a man was to protect and provide for my family. To do that I learned how to provide by gaining skills that I could sell and I learned skills that I could use to protect my family. The willingness came from my upbringing.

What he means is you can't grow courage that's a part of masculinity

"Willingness over ability" Very true, the willingness adds value to the ability, without the willingness the ability has no value.
