EB-5 - an innovative program begun in the early 1990s, allows foreign investors to obtain permanent US residency, while encouraging economic development and job creation. Investments that create at least 10 full-time jobs, make the investor eligible for a US Green Card. The size of the investment depends on the project.

Very informative, does EB5 allow for foreign investors to fund real estate private equity funds who focus on multiple projects?

Wow, nary a discouraging word was said by Mr. Stoler's guests, several of whom are funders of his show and beneficiaries of EB-5.
