Correction: Kimia Farma is the largest Drugstore/Pharmacy Chain across the Archipelago. The Guardian Pharmacy certainly had a very big presence in Bali, but not as prominent elsewhere. The other metropolitan cities and more remote parts of the country has Kimia Farma.

There's also a lot of dental tourism to Bali from Australia pre-covid. Dental treatments are so much cheaper there than anywhere in the continent. I cannot say the same thing for other regions, but this is something that is interesting to note.
