My new (new to me) 2023 MacBook Pro came with Sequoia even though my last Time Machine backup was Sonoma and I’m kinda freaking out! I always stayed one software behind but idk if it’s worth trying to revert back or just run with sequoia.

Downloaded sequoia earlier this week and just finished djing a wedding. While serato was running fine the CPU usage was hovering around 60-70 which was crazy high and that little circle button on the top right of serato dj was orange/red. Not sure how to get it to go back to green. Firmware, drivers are update too. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
