Just by listening to this many times I could count, I could clearly see a story based on the narration and the song. That's what I believed happened:
A war broke out with the mythical creatures being the evil forces that threaten the world, and the boy from Sanctity is among the soldiers that fought in the war but the battle didn't go well he was on the verge of death by the statue of Sacred. At some point, either Saika came to his aid or he is thinking about Saika (dunno which one goes best) that he stood back up and continued on to "intervene the collision of entities, to defend, stand his ground, retain hope and fulfill his destiny" as the last part of the narration quotes.
Not sure how this would go but I'm dying to see anyone attempt to make an animation based on this song.

The lines "BUT ONE WILL INTERVENE" and "CAN HE DEFEND AND STAND HIS GROUND" then "FULFILL HIS DESTINY" just told a whole story to me plus the picture. Goddamn.
