When I hear Andy talk about the way things use to be as far as the service industry, Everything you would buy came with Incredible service with a Smile. In the Clothing industry there use to be the "Garment Industry"of New York in the 1970's where All the retail Shops would go to order your Fall or Spring Inventory....Doesn't exist much anymore. When you would come in on a Friday Night wanting a new Suit, Shirt, Tie and shoes, you were measured by a tailor and measured and fit with new Shoes.Or even fill up your Gas tank at a "SERVICE Station" you got full service including widows washed, Fluids Checked and filled your tank for you All at once!! Thats Service and unfortunately THEY Killed it in the Carter Era with Inflation and Gas Lines!

Couldn't agree more that a good relationship with your local coin shop is important. Been buying from the same local shop for over 4 years, and most times when I go in there I end up being there for several hours just hanging out and talking with the owner. Nothing beats in person interaction.
