How to Adjust Seat Belt in a Car
When fastening the seatbelt, use both hands. One hand holds the clip and other the shoulder strap. Pull out more strap than you need and clip the buckle. Put the shoulder strap so the lap portion is snuggly over your hips. And the shoulder strap should be comfortable on your--oddly enough--your shoulder. If the shoulder portion is uncomfortable, there's an adjustment to change the height of the belt.

I'm a 6' tall woman and the seat belt still rubs against my neck. Whether it is adjusted up or down. Any advice would be great. I used to use one of those pads that wrap around the strap but I would still get choked.
