Thank you. For months in the first lockdown I have been trying to get the RODE Mic to work with the Mac. I looked at all the videos on youtube at what to do using split cables for mic and headphones. Nothing worked. You would think given how expensive RODE is that it would just work right out of the box and that they would send you the correct cable and not force you to buy a second cable on top of the price of the mic. With the second cable it still did not work. In this second lockdown (UK) I decided to try again as I am teaching on Zoom, and I fell upon your video. This has finally worked and I cannot say thank you enough. You're not even a techie and you had the solution. Good luck to you and all you do.

Thank you! I would hug you if I could. I spent 10 minutes with no instruction manual given on my Rode Wireless ME. I am not the best at technology connectivity but I am trying. It worked perfect. I seriously though they were two separate microphones, didn't realize one was a transmitter and received. This video helped me understand things easily, even tho its a rode wireless me instead of a go, like you have but close enough and it worked!

Oh my gosh. Thank you so much for explaining this so clearly! I just got the ME and it does seem like they are including all the cables now, which is great but also very confusing as to which ones to use. Your video saved me 😅

Many, many thanks. The solution was simple and it worked -- It simply worked. I had previously tried the Rode USB-C to USB-C cable, thinking that would be solution; it wasn't. I already had the SC7 cord, so the AUX to USB-C turned out to be a great solution.. Thank you!
