Back in England less than a week and we left to visit Wales.

We got home from Italy at the beginning of the week but it has been a difficult adjustment so we've eased in with kindness and compassion.
We are missing the simplicity of traveling in beautiful nature so we decided to day trip over to the Isle of Angelsey for the good stuff; sun, sea, fish and chips, rainbow pebbles, clean sand and caves.
Its amazing what even a few hours in this calm can do.
We will be posting a review of our travels in Italy when we feel more grounded at home but in the meantime we'll share some shorts of how we are looking after ourselves.
