It was fun to be there and watch, feel and hear it in person! I really need to get to Florida for a launch! 🚀

Went to the rocket garden out there a while back and saw just how gigantic those things are. Wish I’d had the chance to see one of those monsters at work while I was there

#1 Burn baby Burn!!! You guys ROCK IT!!!🍾 I did notice the blast area b4 the firing and saw some nice colors in the ground. Do you guys (gals too) ever look at the blast area, any glass or other new compound formations?

I'd loved to have been there to watch this test fire.

The sand got so hot it turned into silicon, free silicon at every rocket test!

What an awesome static test! Question: what pressure was the nozzle's exit plane designed for? There doesn't appear to be any significant over-expansion, and if anything, just a tiny bit of under-expansion. Was it made for this test altitude in Utah? Or, is it the same exit diameter that will be used in Florida?

Someone should have put a take-n-bake pizza in the blast area for a hot lunch after the test

Yup that's a rocket alright, but what's supposed to be different about it from the other rockets we launch.

I really hate to say it, but this entire SLS “pretend project” has seriously got to be the saddest thing to have ever occurred in NASA’s history...
Yes, it’s not them conducting the construction/testing, just what is happening is incredibly ridiculous considering everything “pretending” to go into this rocket is all hardware that’s existed since the 70’s, and ALL of it’s functionality is fully understood and has been for going on 50 years!!!🤦‍♂️

This whole project is so expensive and not even reusable. Prayers sent to the US taxpayer.
