Hi Bobby, I stumbled across your site at the end of an exhaustive day of a youtube attack against me for posting a question on a Snack Box Subscription. Unfortunately, I suffered for over 50 yrs before I was properly diagnosed...I am allergic to Wheat. To say I"m suffering is an understatement. I am doing much better, gaining weight at long last ( I am 70 to 100 lbs with extreme effort to stay there) and all my symptoms are subsided but the learning is exhaustive and I feel alienated by the public. It literally cripples me for up to a week when I eat Gluten. Even after cutting it out of my diet I continued deteriorating. I was doing good enough to go back to work after almost 2 yrs off until I started cooking in a Mining Camp as a Night Baker/Breakfast Cook. That's when we found out I was allergic to wheat and that it affected me more fiercely than eating glue...I had to quit my job and am currently schooling for a new career. I live in a very rural part of Canada with NO Support available to me let alone safe places to shop. I travel to a city 6 hours away for Groceries, I'm writing to you in hopes that you will do something for Celiacs and the few people in the world who literally get crippled from wheat. My muscles contract and my inflamed joints knocks me down so painfully bad that I can't walk or do up a button :( I get anxiety when I need to eat when I am not at home. I've scoured the net looking for support to relearn to cook and shop. I haven't found much to help me through...stuff I have found is not accessible to me. Is there anything you suggest I do? Over Christmas, my children had a hard time finding a place to take me to eat. Some restaurants refuse to serve me as soon as I say "Wheat Allergy" People are so cruel...especially on Youtube. Everyone automatically thinks it's a lifestyle choice. It's actually killing me as I'm starving alive.

Great video! I love your videos. I’ve learned so much. But yes, most people take the head off... I recall being in China Town (LA, CA) and we ordered a whole chicken and they served it with the head and feet on... Wow, it was such a turn off! lol. We sent it back and had them take the head and feet off. I guess it’s a matter of preference, but, Americans don’t like to see that, for the most part. 😖
