In this tutorial I'll show you the vscode keyboard shortcut you can use to wrap a piece of selected text or code in single line or multi-line comments. This works on CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python, C, C++, TypeScript and all other languages.

I have VS Code 1.82.3 and what you said doesn't work for me. My VS Code 1.82.3 came by default with 'Ctrl+K' to do the multiple lines comments (with python file it adds # to all the selected lines) and 'Ctrl+Shift+K' to erase the multiple comments you did.
