I’d like to add my own section here:

*11. Casual*
Casual modes in Rocket League are like Ranked, but harder. It doesn’t matter which mode you play because you’ll always run into clan teams who are way above your skill level (we’re talking Champ vs. Gold here) and constantly playing like their lives depend on it. Best case scenario, your teammates are one rank below the opponents. Otherwise, they’ll either be at a similar skill level to you or worse. They’ll chase the ball, they’ll miss open nets, they’ll miss easy saves, they’ll own goal, they’ll play for the other team, they’ll go AFK, they’ll vote to concede at 0-0, and they’ll refuse to concede when you’re several points down with absolutely no chance of winning. You can’t simply leave a match, anymore, so unless you’re prepared to wait out a matchmaking ban, you’re stuck in these conditions for the next 5 minutes. If you happen to get a good, close match, it won’t last long, because the other team will concede the second you gain a point over them. The psychological warfare is on another level. Spamming *What A Save!* after every goal, whiff, etc. is not enough here. Equip the Conversion Gel boost and show your immaturity by blasting it at the camera when you beat the other team, throw on an annoying player anthem like any Cochise song to assault their eardrums, and never skip the replays, because you’ll always want the other team to watch their embarrassing mistake over again, even if it’s a boring goal not worth rewatching or clipping. The current state of Casual, the state of the game as a whole, and the recent announcements like the removal of trading only affirm that Rocket League is not a game you play to enjoy. If you’re not willing to sweat your ass off, eyes glued to the screen, raging every game, you’re better off not playing.
