Meh. This scene was mid, speedsters going slow mo is so basic and overdone nowadays. Just a lazy way of stalling for extra screentime, and an easy-out way of showing speed.
Makkari from Eternals had a much better speedster scene, no slo mo needed. Actually showed her going fast for prolonged periods in a fight scene without her just becoming a line of color

Also Ezra's flash was a snoozefest in terms of personality and acting.
