It's a parallel flow condenser. You're not going to be able to clean the tiny holes inside the rows that run horizontally across the condenser.

It's called lime away, or maybe clr. Same thing we use to clean shower heads, hot water pipes etc.

never had an AC system that was so bad you needed to acid wash the condenser. Soap and water will flush out the bad oil, and you can follow that with a variety of less toxic things.

I am all for saving the plant and I understand A/C technicians have to be certified to work on refrigeration systems but what happens when thousands of cars get in wrecks everyday, where does that gas go ?
