I began working at for a company as a CNC operator in 1986 which had 15 Mori Seiki new CNC's and they weren't cheep. Of course these were full blown CNC for heavy part production with tool changers. They were miles ahead of Bridgeport in reliability. To be able to buy even the lite lite version today for an affordable price is amazing.

Anybody else remember back in the old days things like this were carved by hand on real wood and had meaning and thats why we keep them for a hundred years. Now its just whipped out on a cheap piece of plywood and when your done looking at it for a month you throw it in the trash because it wasn't hand made.
