Gaia is the spirit of Earth, the Great Mother, the container of life on this planet. She speaks to us directly in this video, whispering a message into our hearts.

Thank you for this message. I felt lighter after hearing it. It’ll take some unlearning from my schooling in environmental studies, where we were taught about all the bad things that humans have done to the earth, to let go of the guilt and shame and paralysis. It’ll take relearning in love and light and play, and this message from Gaia is a big step forward in that.
