As much as I love mechy, bulk armor Viktor, this one feels polished and has a better synchronize of flesh with metal, feeling like it’s own material.

3 things that are bothering me:
- his cape isnt fluid like in pc, especially when his turn to side.
- his ultimate is missing effects inside (pulsating lighting) and ends too abruptly, not smooth enough.
- his w empowered version doesn't seem to different. They should add more effects

the rework makes no sense his cage and his ult arent in Arcane at all.

This might make me switch from LoL to WR, why does he look so much better here? It still sucks that he's a generic mage instead of a cyborg inventor, but at least the model somewhat works here.
